The technology
Pure water. No harsh chemicals.
We clean with pure water through a water-fed telescopic pole. The water is filtered and demineralised, so the glass dries without spots: an effective, eco-friendly clean with no harsh chemicals.
Pure water cleaning is especially useful for high windows that are difficult to access. We reach them from the ground, which is faster than working from ladders.

Frequently asked questions.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
At least twice a year for most homes — three or four times if you're near the beach or a busy road, where salt and grime build up faster. Shopfronts usually go on our regular run, so the glass never gets bad.
Do I need to be home during the window cleaning service?
Not for outside-only work. For inside and out, someone needs to let us in, or tell us how to get access. We text you a reminder the day before so you can plan.
What cleaning products does Chief Window Cleaning use, and are they environmentally friendly?
Outside, we clean with pure water — filtered and demineralised, so it dries without spots and needs no chemicals. Inside, we use gentle, eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Can Chief Window Cleaning clean windows in extreme weather conditions?
If rain or wind would make the job unsafe or spoil the finish, we get in touch and move it to the next suitable day.
Do you clean window screens?
Yes. Flyscreens, tracks and sills can all be included — just mention them when you ask for a quote.
